Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about Black Diamond Valet
Black Diamond Valet offers many different uniform options in order to match your event. For a more casual event our team can be in a polo style short sleeve shirts and shorts, or, for a more formal event, our staff can be dressed to the nines with a tuxedo top and a vest. We do have a standard uniform, however. Than uniform includes black pants, shoes, socks, and a belt, with a white tuxedo shirt, and a bow tie. We will customize our appearance to your exact specifications. Just let us know!
Valet service has many different variables that includes different account types, events, or other variables. It is hard for us to give you an exact or satisfactory number without having knowledge of all the ins-and-outs about your event. Please take us up on our offer and request a free quote. Black Diamond Valet guarantees low and competitive rates to all of our clients and potential clients!
We do have an overage rate for events that extend beyond your contract and your account type. The overage rate is based on a few factors: number of drivers, number of managers, hours you contracted with Black Diamond Valet, and the event type/circumstances. For example, we will take into account if the event is a fundraiser or a charitable event that is being put on.
Black Diamond Valet carries and maintains effective automotive and garage liability insurance at all times and we do not waver on this piece of information.
Black Diamond Valet uses the most innovative and presentable equipment in the valet parking industry. Each event will include our event parking kit which includes: valet lock boxes for keys, directional signs, cones, valet parking tickets, and flashlights. If needed, we also can supply additional equipment if your event requires some special consideration and accommodations. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
